Lethal Love-poem
Someday, I'll tell you why my heart stopped beating for you.
Someday you'll see that you never dimmed the spark in my eyes, The very ones that sparked whenever you looked at me.
"I will always love you" those were the beautiful lies you sing to my ears.
Like a sheep led to the slaughter, I believed your every word and rode on a rollercoaster with you.
Why couldn't I read meaningful details in your in your every move and actions.
Oh! How I grieved in pains when you left without a second look at me.
How you turned deaf ears to my infinite pleas and cries of "we can make it better"
Someday I'll show you that you never created a space in my heart when you left.
Someday you'll see that the butterflies in my stomach never died (the very ones that leaped for joy whenever I heard your voice)
Someday I'll show you the cemetery where our love was buried in a casket made from my tears.
Someday, I'll show you the path where your lethal love lies.
