Liverpool transfer news: Kerem Demirbay is a Kop target
The Reds are compiling a dossier on the England Under-21 centre-half, who has been a key part of the Boro team for the past couple of seasons.
After Burnley bought his defensive partner Ben Gibson, many clubs are now wondering whether it's Fry (left) who is the real deal.
Liverpool have watched Tony Pulis's side six times recently, with Fry fixed in their sights.
Liverpool news: Jurgen Klopp targeting ONE key deal in January
Liverpool legend Fowler wades into row and tells fans they are wrong.
Jurgen Klopp is set to return to the Bundesliga early next year to take Hoffenheim midfielder Kerem Demirbay to Anfield.
The German international, 25, has emerged as a leading target for Klopp, who has been monitoring his progress for much of this season.
Demirbay has developed into a real powerhouse in the Hoffenheim midfield and is equally as comfortable as a ball winner or playmaker.
Liverpool miss out on £60million man
From the People... and it's bad news for Liverpool.
Their hopes of signing £60million Dutch teenager Matthijs de Ligt have been sabotaged - with the Ajax defender heading for Barcelona.
Barca are said to have earmarked De Ligt as the long-term successor to skipper Gerard Pique who will be 32 in February, and are prepared to splash a world record fee for a teenage defender.
One in, one out, as Liverpool insider speaks
The Sunday Mirror say Klopp is determined to win a £70million battle with Chelsea for USA midfield sensation Christian Pulisic.
Liverpool transfer news: Christian Pulisic is a Jurgen Klopp target
The 20-year-old was the stand-out player for the Americans in last week's 3-0 Wembley defeat to England.
Klopp has been aware of his potential ever since the attacking midfielder joined his former club Borussia Dortmund almost four years ago.
But an Anfield source said last night: "Having watched Christian develop, there is no way Jurgen is going to back off now. He knows he could light up the Premier League."
Any transfer could be subsidised by the departure of Brazilian Fabinho, who has failed to make an impact since joining in the summer for £43.7m from Monaco.
It's why Liverpool could consider cashing in early on him, with interest from AC Milan and Juventus.
